Welcome to the world of house-sitting! I housesat all across New Zealand for an entire 6 months. I had never housesat before New Zealand, but had the best time here. Being able to travel the country, save a ton of money and have my adventures accompanied with a fur baby was the dream! I have created a guide to equip you with everything you need to know to get started.

I have spent months travelling New Zealand, and have saved every single place I have been to create this map so that you have it at your fingertips. I spent hours researching and curating this map so you can make the most of your time here! The map includes hikes, wild swimming spots, waterfalls, cafe recommendations and more!
Yorkshire, lake + Peak District Google Legend Map
I lived in Yorkshire for 5 years, and spent so much time exploring. I would spend most summer evenings exploring the Yorkshire Dales and my weekends in the Lake + Peak District in my campervan. I love finding hidden gems and spots off the ‘beaten track’, which I’ve included in this map! It also includes amazing van park-ups, located using #What3Words and the hikes are all linked with the routes on AllTrails to make it as easy as possible for you!

I’m a content creator + writer based between New Zealand and the UK. Intrinsically drawn to the mountains, I moved to New Zealand in early 2023 in a bid to spend as much time exploring as I can; from hiking mountains to wild swimming or camping, I love nothing more than to be outdoors and discover somewhere new.
My goal is simple: inspire you to spend more time outside. Not only do I wholeheartedly believe in the physical and mental benefits it provides, but it also encourages us to protect it. My Master's in Environment and Development led to my work today. It ignited my passion for intertwining my love for exploring with the necessary need to protect our planet.
